

Guadalupe worked for many years as a housekeeper at Spohn Hospital and later served as a cherished “Grandma” with CCISD. She was a proud and devoted member of the Guadalupanas church group and found great joy in her faith.
She had a special passion for hosting gatherings, opening her home to family and friends, and making everyone feel welcome. Above all, Guadalupe will be remembered for her generosity and kind spirit, which touched the lives of all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Manuel C. Moreno, and her sister, Socorro DeLuna.
She is survived by her beloved nephew, Ernesto Moreno, and her nieces, Yolanda Sedillo and Angelita Garza, along with extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Windsor Nursing Home for the compassionate care and dedication shown to their beloved Guadalupe during the years she resided there.
A visitation will be held on January 7, 2026 from 1pm to 9pm at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 549 Cheyenne St., Corpus Christi, TX 78405. A Rosary will take place the same evening at 7pm.
A Funeral Mass will be held the following day, January 8, 2026, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10am, at 540 Hiawatha St., Corpus Christi, TX 78405. The burial will follow at Collins Cemetery in Alice, TX.
Guadalupe Moreno’s legacy of love, faith, and generosity will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
