Guadalupe M. Vallejo, 89, passed away August 31, 2017 in Corpus Christi Texas. She was born in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico on December 5, 1929. She was married to Ramon Vallejo on February 15, 1967. She worked as a Meat Processor for Olson-Kessler Meat Co. for 17 years. She had a passion for playing Bingo at the Corpus Christi Bingo Center, making bunuelos and pan de polvo. She is survived by her daughter, Gabriela Morales; her loving grandchildren, Ana Luisa Quiroz, Elizabeth Holdforth, Elias Morales Zurita, Robert A. Morales Zurita, and Veronica Morales Zurita. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel- 549 Cheyenne with a Rosary at 7:00 pm that same evening. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Memory Gardens Chapel with a Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
