Howard R Frank

Howard R. Frank, Jr., 83, passed away on Sunday, May 15, 2011. He was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from John Harris High School. He enlisted in the Air Force and retired after twenty-six years as a Master Sergeant. Howard resided in Corpus Christi, Texas the last twenty-nine years and retired from NAS Corpus Christi and volunteered for VITA (income tax preparation).

He was preceded in death by his father, Howard R. Frank, Sr. and his mother, Martha Frank; sisters, Hilda Conrad and Emma Noel; brothers, William and Richard Frank.

He is survived by his wife, Marlis; two children, Major Stephen Frank in the U.S. Army (Allegra Sykora) and Marion Frank; niece, Marcy Frank; three sisters, Mary Bitting, Ann Masimore, and Barbara Peters, also several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 20, 2011 at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors, 4901 Everhart Road with military honors. Services will conclude at the chapel.
