Jesus Ramirez Cosio

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Linda Cosio and his 3 children Maria E Cosio (Tiffany) from Colorado, Ricardo Cosio (Esmeralda) from Corpus Christi and Daniel Cosio (Melina) from California. He was blessed with 7 grandchildren, Michael, Mario, Marques, Micaela, and Mia (Rick) Alyssa and Aidan (Daniel), and 1 great-grandchild Rodrick Jesus. Survived also by his brother Felipe (Carmen) Cosio and many nieces and nephews.

Jesus worked at Monterrey House from 1973, when he moved to Corpus Christi, for 10 years. He continued to work in the kitchen at Baja Coast, and Brookdale Retirement Home. Jesus retired in 2008. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church.

Jesus loved to watch soccer games, a hobby he shared with his grandchildren, and loved to listen to music by his favorite artists Juan Gabriel and Vicente Fernandez.

He will be greatly missed!

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel-Everhart, 4901 Everhart Rd. on Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening.

Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2509 Nogales St., on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 10:00 am. Services will conclude after Mass.
