Jesusa M Rangel

Jesusa M Rangel, 98, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2024. Jesusa was born on December 25, 1925 to Pedro and Dolores Martinez in Carrizo Springs, Texas. She loved spending time at Broadmoor Senior Center participating in the Arts and Crafts activities and spending time with her friends. Jesusa had a deep Catholic faith and loved her family with all of her heart. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guillermo Rangel, her parents and her siblings. Left behind to cherish her memory and continue her legacy are her son Jesse Rangel and wife Yolanda; grandchildren, Paula Branski (Michael), Patricia Ruelas (Jay), Pamela Rangel and Peggy Lujan (Matthew). Jesusa also leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Christina (Terrance), Johnathon (Kayln), Tiffany (Marcus), Shelby and McKayla as well as 4 great grandchildren, Aeris, Ruby, Jesse and baby Levi as well as a host of other family members and friends.

A visitation is scheduled to take place at Funeraria del Angel – Cheyenne, Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 5:00 – 9:00 PM with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Thursday, August 22 at 8:30 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church located at 2509 Nogales St. and the interment will take place immediately following the Mass at Rosehill Memorial Park located at 2731 Comanche St.
