Jose Javier Mancillas

He was born on January 7, 1958 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Domitila Arevalo and Simon Mancillas.

Jose is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Mariano Arevalo and Maria Garcia and brothers, Mario Enrique Mancillas and Francisco Mancillas.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia M. Mancillas; children, Julio Rodriguez and Barbara Ann Rodriguez; grandchildren, Kassandra Ann Rodriguez, Jose Javier Rodriguez and Johnathon David Salas; great grandchildren, Leeandra Rae Rodriguez and Lorenzo Xavier Enriquez; siblings, Raul Mancillas, Manuel Mancillas, Jose Mancillas, Rodolfo Mancillas, Maria Esther Mancillas and Gracella Mancillas.

Pallbears will be Jose Javier Rodriguez, Martin Salas, Adam Gutierrez, Juan Gutierrez, Manuel Mancillas, Manuel Mancillas Jr., Julian Mortera and German Lechuga.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Nuestra Senora de San Juan de Los Lagos at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow at Rosehill Memorial Park.
