She is preceded in death by her husband, Gavino Escobar.
She is survived by her loving children: Jesus Escobar (Melba), Martha Martinez (Ramon Jr.) and Graciela Garza (Luciano); also one sister Celia Serrato and one brother Baldemar Garcia.
She also leaves behind six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one on the way.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel- 549 Cheyenne on Thursday, May 8, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm that same evening. A Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Guadalupe on Friday, May 9, 2014 at 10:00am. Interment to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
