Juana Maria Mendoza, 50, passed away on September 8, 2010. She was born on May 15, 1960 to Manuel Acuna and Olivia Martinez in Corpus Christi, Texas. Mary Jane was a loving and kind person who was there to lend a hand or ear when needed. She was a great cook and a great mother. Those who knew her can tell you stories for days.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Olivia Acuna as well as her brother-in-law Frank Barrera, Jr.
She is survived by her husband, Estevan Oroscio, and her children; Christie (Brian) Beach and Estevan Oroscio Jr.; brothers, Manuel (Imelda) Acuna Jr., Hilario (Elda) Acuna, Francisco (Anita) Acuna, Antonio (Sandy) Acuna; sisters, Delia Barrera, Cordelia (Robert) Flores and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Friday, September 10, 2010 at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 P.M. that same evening.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 11, 2010 also at Funeraria Del Angel
