Juanita also had a close knit group of friends, nephews, and nieces that loved her very much.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Cavazos, Sr. and granddaughter, Mercy Cavazos.
She is survived by her two sons; Joseph J. Cavazos and Arnold Cavazos, Jr. (Elena); one sister, Esther Muniz; one brother, Pedro Muniz; three granddaughters, Cynthia Martinez (Gabriel), Valerie Cavazos and Faith Cavazos; one great-grandson, Zachary Ryan Martinez; a special niece, Molly Diaz and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
