Juanita worked for Driscoll Children’s Hospital for 30 years until she retired. She later went back to work part-time in the home health field. Juanita was a loving mother who was proudof her children. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and would brag about her Buck she shot or the first fish she caught. Juanita also enjoyed baking cakes, cookies, pies, tamales, etc., all homemade!! She enjoyed traveling when she was able to. Juanita will always be remembered as “Ray of Sunshine,” to her sister. Her inspiration was to help her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews in giving them a hand, guidance, laughter, sense of adventure, even to those she came in contact with and most of all, she gave her love. Juanita was selfless, patient, kind, joyous woman!! Even up to her last days, the Lord gave her strength to call some of us. She was always grateful for God’s Blessings!!
