Julia pursued her education with purpose and dedication, earning a degree in Bio-Technology from Del Mar College—an achievement that reflected her commitment to building a meaningful future through learning and hard work.
Those who knew Julia will remember the light she carried so naturally. Her warm smile and gentle spirit had a way of putting others at ease, and her kindness could brighten any room she entered or anyone she met. She cherished time with her loving family, whether enjoying good home cooking, going out together for seafood, or traveling to visit family and friends.
Julia found joy in the simple, beautiful details of life. She loved collecting fashion dolls, working on puzzles, and expressing herself through drawing and painting. The holidays held a special place in her heart, especially decorating for Christmas and creating an altar for Día de los Muertos—thoughtful traditions that reflected her care, creativity, and remembrance. She also loved baseball, proudly supporting the LA Dodgers, and she especially enjoyed playing with her dogs.
Julia is survived by her father, Tony R. Hansley; her mother, Karina Susana Hansley; her father, Julio Sosa Trinidad; her sister, Yareni Karina; and her brothers, Julio Alejandro and Tony Ray Hansley Jr.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the nurses of the ICU Unit at Doctors Regional Hospital, and to the doctors of the Emergency Room, for their care and compassion.
