Julio graduated from high school in Mexico. He was a truck driver for 27 years. Julio had a passion for music and playing the guitar, and he also loved vintage cars. Family was important to Julio, he was always fun, loving, and charismatic. He was loved by many people, was always very kind and always smiling.

He is survived by his wife Raschelle Rodriguez; his children: Julio Enrique Rodriguez, Jr., Kyra Cassandra Rodriguez, and Ashley Aceves; His parents Betty Bautista and Jesus Maria Rodriguez Bravo;
siblings: Manuel Rodriguez, Cesar Rodriguez, and Gizelxanath Rodriguez.
