Kenny Ray Caldwell, 65, passed away May 19, 2022. He was born to Ray and Colene Caldwell, the eldest of three boys and grew up in Belton, TX. He moved to Corpus Christi to pursue a career as a plane captain mechanic working on military aircraft. Although he was not able to join the armed services, he was honored to help those who serve through his occupation. He worked at NAS Corpus Christi for 28 years and retired at 61. He loved to garden and was an avid Cowboys fan. He is survived by his wife, Angela Caldwell; step daughters, Abigail Daws and Sara Daws; two brothers, Ted Barrett Caldwell and Rex Lynn Caldwell; his father, Lowden Ray Caldwell; and three nieces, Amanda Ransom, Samantha Sanchez and Emmy Caldwell, along with several great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his Aunt and Uncles, Buck and Charlotte Teeter and Allene and Bill Weihrouch.
