She was born in Sikeston, MO. on July 22, 1939.
Loretta was married to EL Brashear on October 15, 1955 in Raymondville, Texas.
She had a passion for helping children at Gibson Elementary School.
Loretta is survived by one daughter, Cindy Fair; grandchildren, Nick Fair, John Fair, Chris Brashear, Josh , Rebecca, and Emery Brashear. Also surviving is one great-grand daughter, Harper Fair; siblings, Ada Morris and Jean Hughs.
Public visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel on Friday, January 19, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel on Saturday, January 20, 2018.
