He is preceded in death by his father, Luis Martinez Cuellar, Jr. and nephew, Daniel Aaron Cuellar.
He is survived by his daughters, Clarissa Ann, Anastashia Marie and Serenity Lauren Cuellar; his son, Luis Montalvo Cuellar, Jr., his mother, Rosie Torres Cuellar; sisters, Mary Lou Cuellar Benavides, Valerie Cuellar and Elena Surkip; one brother Phil T. Cuellar; numerous nieces and nephews including Crystal Rose Jones and Junior Cuellar who were also like a brother and sister to him.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 22, 2012, at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. A chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2012 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly. Services conclude at this time.
