Manuel Villafranco III

Manuel had a career in the Restaurant Industry as Head Chef for over 27 years at Longhorn Steakhouse and Niko’s Steakhouse. He had a passion for Hot Rod Cars, music and family.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Amelia Villafranco and paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Manuel Villafranco, Sr., and his maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Milton C. Perez, Sr.

Manuel is survived by his father, Manuel Villafranco, Jr. and mother, Delia P. (Robert) Cristan. Children, Joe Gonzales, Dana Marie, Claudia Jae and Gregorio Tomas Villafranco. Grandchildren, Emmanuel Ortiz, Xzavier Gonzales, Simon and Lavina Ortiz and Gregorio Tomas Villafranco II and sisters, Linda (Mike) Perez, Rachel Ventura and brother, Robert (Leslie) Cristan.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 1:30 p.m. that same evening.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
