Maria Patricia Ramirez Rodriguez

Maria Ramirez Rodriguez, 91 years old, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother has joined in heaven her husband, Esteban Garcia Rodriguez, and her parents, Antonio and Francisca Ramirez, three sisters, five brothers, and one grandson, Johnny Villarreal. She passed away on Monday, September 26, 2011.

She was born on March 1, 1920 in Moulton, Texas.

Maria leaves behind her family to cherish her memories, seven children, Rosa (Joe) Ramirez, Raquel Villarreal, Esteban (Frances) Rodriguez, Arturo (Nora) Rodriguez, Reubena Flores, Mary Rodriguez, Elena (Richard) Hernandez, along with numerous nieces, nephews. She was blessed with 20 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.

Maria was an advent walker in her 60's, she dedicated seven of her trophies to each of her seven children. She was a member of Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church, member of the Guadalupanas and the Crusillo De Colores.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel'Memorial Holly Chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m . that same evening.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 12:00 noon at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be; Joe Angel Ramirez, Juan Guillen, Martin Flores, Marcus Rodriguez, Art Rodriguez, II, and Richard 'Richie' Hernandez. Honorary pallbearers are; Louis Martinez and Mikey Guillen.
