April 7, 2025, at the age of 78. She was born to Pedro Olguin Guajardo and Maria Guillen Guajardo on Christmas day, December 25, 1946. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband Anselmo Torres Benitez, both her parents, her stepmother Manuela Guajardo, her two brothers Pete Guajardo, Jr. and Timotello Guajardo, her brother-in-law Pedro Contreras and her two grandchildren Rene Armando Perez and Sarah Ann Benitez.
She was a proud member of Corpus Christi Christian Fellowship and then went on with her family to Alice Christian Fellowship where she sat in the first chair in the second row worshipping her Lord Jesus Christ in Spirit and in Truth. She was (is) a True Worshipper with a passion and a love for her Lord Jesus. She always exhibited His Love in her daily walk with Him. Her prayers went up early in the morning daily for everyone she knew. She loved her children, their children and became “Mom” to all those who knew her. Her legacy will live on for generations to come. She will be sorely missed and the only consolation we have is that she is in the Presence of Jesus dancing and watching over us as we continue serving our Lord Jesus Christ with Honor knowing that we will see her again.
She is survived by:
•
Frank (Estela) Benitez and son Daniel while their daughter Sarah Ann is greeting her in heaven
•
MaryAnn Benitez Trevino, who has been mom’s caregiver and roommate for the last 5 years while her son Rene Armando has been patiently awaiting all our arrival in heaven

Her two sisters and their families:

•
Gracie (Bill) Diehl with daughter Isa
She had 11 grandchildren (included above), 30 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild all of whom she cherished and loved.
