Muriel S Abalos

Muriel S. Abalos entered eternal life at the age of 55 on October 22, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Benjamin Abalos Jr. for 30 years. Her favorite phrase was " I LOVE YOU MORE" everytime she was told I love you or goodbye. She will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Marie Padlan Sabandal.

Muriel was a very kind and incredible person. She was full of love and laughter. She loved spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with her four legged babies namely Oreo, Beni and Princess.

Muriel is survived by her father, Epitacio Sabandal Sr,; sons, Gian Carlo Abalos, Glenn Carl (Margaret) Abalos, and Gene Kyle Abalos; grandson Noah Oliver Abalos.; siblings, Mildred (Rey) Garrido, Epitacio (Jong) Sabandal Jr., Myrna Mapie (Rene) Icasiano and Minerva (Bong) Garrido. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and wonderful friends.

The family will be receiving friends at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors on Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m to be followed by a mass celebration. There will be a Holy Rosary recital at 10:30 a.m on Friday, October 31, 2014 at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (2233 Waldron Rd) with a Funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Laguna Gardens Cemetery (formerly known as Duncan Cemetery).
