Noe was born on May 10, 1945 to Eusebio “Roy” and Ynglantina Ambriz in Raymondville, Texas.
In 1963, his family moved to Corpus Christi where he attended Mary Carroll High School and graduated from Richard King High School in 1966. Upon graduation from King, he proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Upon finishing his training, he was sent to Vietnam where he was assigned to S and D Missions from 1967 – 1968.
Noe leaves his loving memories to his brothers, Eusebio “Chevo,” Oscar “Coca;” and his sister, Sylvia.

Rite of Committal and Interment with Final Military Honors will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
