Richard was a master at woodworking and more importantly, at being the best husband and father his family could have wished for. He was retired from Christus Spohn Shoreline but got bored with retirement, so he went to work at C&I Electric, from which he retired permanently 10 years later. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Paula Taylor; sons, Rick and wife, Lisa Taylor, Michael and wife, Ronda Taylor; daughter, Shelly Conley and husband, Steven; brother, Allen and wife, Dawnita Taylor; grandchildren, Jeremy and wife, Anna Taylor, Matthew Taylor, Ian Conley, and mother-in-law, Delores Sanders; as well as other relatives and friends.
We will forever hold Richard close in our hearts and treasure our memories of him.

Memorial Services at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Brighton Park Baptist Church, 3418 Airline Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78412.
