Rufino is preceded in death by his first wife, Guadalupe C. Caballero.
Rufino is survived by his loving wife Estelita Trevino; brothers Robert and Richard Trevino; sisters Gloria Trevino Parker; sons Barry Trevino, Rufus Trevino Jr. from Brownsville, Texas; daughters Christine T. Cumberworth and Christie T. Soliz from Brownsville, Texas; brother-in-law Hector Soliz; son-in-law Raymond Soliz; daughter-in-law Rosie Trevino; 10 granddaughters; six great-grand-children; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 18, 2011 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel, 549 Cheyenne, with a Rosary and a Memorial Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Services will conclude at that time
