Uncle Freddy you will be missed, on behalf of the Montalvo family we wish to extend our condolences to you your family and your extended family, we hope to see you in the paradise earth my loving uncle.

I am thankful I was able to get closer to my brother in law this past year.  Even though I would stay to help my sister - I got to enjoy drinking coffee while having encouraging conversations with Freddie.  He always told me to be positive and never lose hope, that perhaps my boys would one day return to Jehovah.  Something I will always cherish is that even when he was at his worst he didn’t focus on himself but on others.  He told me to take care of my son and not to abandon him.  That’s the kind of man he was … always thinking of others.  And what faith he had - He once told me “What will happen if I die?  I’m just going to take a nap😊”.  We laughed, but he’s right and he knew it!   He left us a great example!!

My father in law (my chopitos) oh How I loved him and his company!  I Loved his zeal and dedication to Jehovah… it never failed during the day he was going to be studying …reading the Bible, his daily text and listening to broadcasting/talks - no matter the type of day he was having, the circumstances, illnesses - Jehová was always a big part of his day. I Also loved that no matter how much spiritual knowledge he had, he gave his advice with love, respect and in such a way not to humiliate or make one feel uncomfortable.  He was very compassionate and approachable.  No matter my problem, spiritual questions or advice I needed he was my go to guy!  He had a fabulous sense of humor - I loved his jokes and always begged him to tell me more promising I wouldn’t repeat them!  I also loved that he was a very balanced person, there was time for everything … spiritual matters of course, but there was also time for fun, relaxation, cutting up, laughter, jokes and of course time for all of us - his family!  I sure will miss our talks!  

The Bible shows that Jehovah God has both the ability and the desire to bring back the dead. He keeps in his limitless memory a detailed record of each person he will resurrect by means of his almighty power. Job 14:15 You will call and I will answer you. You will long for the work of your hands. 

I will miss Freddy “el chapparo” (little guy” as I called him always. All though Freddy was small in size he was anything but small because when it came to spiritual matters he was a giant. He was very knowledgeable in the scriptures, honest, dependable, and hard working. He was never one afraid to confront a problem no matter the size when it came to defend Jehovah’s name. His counsel was to the point and always used the Bible to prove it.  He did have a contagious smile and always upbeat about life and had a strong faith in Jehovah.

I remember going to the book study with Brother De Leon in the 70s.  He was always a kind man with a big smile. Look forward to seeing him in paradise.  H. Reyna.  

When we were growing up we were so young but remember we would always come to Corpus to spend time with Cholo and his family. We always enjoyed our trips to see family and there was plenty of us. Cholo would also come to visit us in Sinton.  We all grew up and went our separate ways but always remembered the good times we had.  My deepest condolences to all the family and may Cholo Rest In Peace. Love you cousin


My deepest condolences on the loss of your daddy, my cousin. I will always remember Cholo, his laugh, his kindness to all of us. He was a wonderful cousin.  Rest in eternal Peace Cholo. I love you.

Our deepest condolences Deleon and extended family. 💐 Will never forget Freddy - (Sara was always concerned about her Honey)  so Sara and I would stop at his shop during our service day. She would ask - “honey, tienes hambre? Te traigo algo?”  (Honey are you hungry Can I bring you something) 
His response to her was always he was good and for us to keep about our service day. So supportive to the both of us.  Loved him as the spiritual man that he was. His family too. See you soon Brother Freddy.

It was always so much fun going to visit our cousins in Corpus Christi when we were young. I never forgot Cholo and the family.  There were so many of us when we got together! So many fond memories! Rest in peace dear cousin.  

Remembering Freddie, my dear spiritual brother in the truth.  His lovely smile- always smiling, his kind personality, Always sharing encouraging kind spiritual words when needed.  He will be missed dearly; awaiting to see him again in the new world.

I always enjoyed hearing the messages dad would leave me.  It was always, “Oogh this is Big Daddy’o”.  This was his nickname for me,  Spanish for Jean (Eugenia) my middle name.  Can’t wait to hear that again.
