Thomas William O’Leary (known to us as simply “Tom”) was born on February 07, 1960, and earned his angel wings on March 04, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Flor O’Leary, parent Ellen Millett, older brother Joseph and Matthew Millett.
Tom was born to Ellen Millett and William O’Leary of Dolton Cook, Illinois. Tom was a fighter, a survivor, oldies rock and roll music lover and a ray of sunshine to those around him. Prior to his passing Tom loved to laugh, talk about Chicago particularly the Cubs and the Bears, and was fascinated by the color blue. Tom was loved by all of those around him. The interaction between him and his mother, “Mom Millett” regarding Chicago Cubs on a daily basis to always recap yesterdays or last nights game, talk about the old times with his brother Joe, and Matthew was loving, fun and gentle.
Tom will be in our hearts and will be missed by all. Memorial services will be held at Funeraria Del Angel - Memorial Holly on Friday March 8th, 2024, with family and friends held at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
