Valentin Quintero Sr., age 64, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away May 3, 2021. He was born on March 9, 1957. Valentin graduated from West Oso High School. He went on to marry Ester Quintero in December of 1976. Valentin was a kindhearted person and will be remembered for his passion of helping others in need.
Valentin is preceded in passing by his parents, Guadalupe (Anita) Quintero Sr. and his grandson, Justin Quintero.
Valentin leaves his loving memories to his children, Ester Quintero, Valentin Quintero Jr., Steve (Maria) Quintero, Christopher Quintero, Crystal (Johnathan) Quintero, Mark (Samantha) Quintero, Ruby (Michael) Quintero, and Joshua Quintero; his grandchildren, Valentin Quintero III, Kaylub Quintero, Samantha Quintero, Tyler Quintero, Gavin (Amber) Juarez, Maddix Juarez, Iris Juarez, Michael Juarez, Johnathan Perez Jr., Mark Quintero Jr., Jasmaine Quintero, Daisy Quintero, Michael Villa Jr., Malachi Villa, Jayden Quintero, Josiah Quintero, Jaxsin Quintero, and Giovanni Quintero; his one great-grandchild, Jeremiah Juarez; his siblings, Rachel (Guadalupe) Navarro, Mary Q. Coronado, Rosa Ybarra-Mingo Narvaez, Guadalupe Jr. (Mary) Quintero, Esperanza (Omar) Martinez, Raul (Nettie) Quintero, Yolanda (Severiano) Salas, Gonzalo (Esmeralda) Quintero, SanJuanita (Luis) Zapata, Mauricio (Brenda) Quintero, Robert Quintero, and Rudy Quintero.
Public Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, Mary 13, 2021 at 5:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to follow at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church on Friday, Mary 14, 2021 at 10:00 am with Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 11:00 am.
