Cameron Wills

Cameron D. Wills, age 90, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 after a short illness. He was born on April 24, 1923, the son of the late Pearl and Nora (Oden) Wills. Cameron graduated from Keene School in 1941. In his early years he worked at Carnation Milk Company in Coshocton and was a lifelong dairy farmer in Keene Township. Cameron was a member of Dairy Farmers of America and the Buckeye Winnies Camper Club and enjoyed traveling. On April 15, 1945 he married Hazel Ann “Mickey” Aronhalt, who preceded him in death on April 30, 2003. He is survived by his five children: daughters, Barbara (John) Knight of Howard, Ohio, and Sheryl Atkinson of Fresno, Ohio; sons, Steven D Wills, H. Michael (Barb) Wills and Mark R. (Darlene) Wills, all of Fresno, Ohio; seven grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Besides his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Theron and Robert Wills; one sister, Olive (Wills) Norman; and two grandsons, Chris Atkinson and Randy Wills. Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson Funeral Home on Thursday, August 15, 2013 from 5:00-8:00 pm and one hour prior to the service on Friday. A funeral service will take place on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Given-Dawson Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Coshocton County Memory Gardens.
