Lillian Jean Shaw

Lillian Jean Shaw, 83, of Baltic, Ohio, passed away at Walnut Hills Nursing Home, Walnut Creek, Ohio, on Tuesday, September 27, 2011. She was born in Crawford Co. Ohio, on March 19, 1928, the daughter of the late John and Rita (Claypool) Winand. Jean graduated from Ashley High School in Morrow County, and was a homemaker all her life, and was a member of Gospel Hill Ministries in Warsaw, Ohio. Jean is survived by her children; Tom (Marilyn) Shaw of Boynton Beach, Florida, Joyce Ely of Dover, Ohio, Margaret Sexton of Estonia, Ohio, Kathy (Bill) Stevens of Baltic, Ohio, and Becky (Ray) Miller of Dundee, Ohio, four grandchildren; Jason Ely, Dana (Bobby) Kieffer, Emily (Kevin) Lembke, Casey (Jennifer) Miller, five great grandchildren, and one brother; Ted Winand of Alliance, Ohio. A memorial service will be held for Jean on Sunday, October 2, 2011, at 2:00pm, at Gospel Hill Ministries, 27610 Twp. Rd. 45, Warsaw, Ohio, 43844, with Pastor Ron Davis officiating. The family will greet friends at Gospel Hill immediately following the service. Following cremation, her ashes will be interred at a later date in Morrow County, Ohio.
