Janet passed away peacefully at Cumberland Lodge on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Born and raised in the Comox Valley, she moved to Victoria to start her career as office manager. Janet met her husband Jorn Jensen there and eventually they moved to Surrey. She joined the Canadian Daughters and participated in several 5 km runs while continuing her career. The onset of Alzheimer’s and Aphasia forced her to give up her career at the age of 60 returning home in 2011 to be with her ailing mother. She was predeceased by her parents Andy and Jean Revie, and husband Jorn. Janet will be remembered by her brother Tom Revie. Many thanks and much appreciation to all the staff at Cumberland Lodge. A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring. Memorial donations in Janet's name may be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC (300-828 W. 8th Avenue Vancouver, BC V5Z 1E2).
