Sadly, Lori's animal colleagues at the HSDR were unaware of her passing.  I worked with her at events, last one was in the Summer of 2015, we went to dinner, Ribfest and other events.  I can not believe that Lori is in heaven now and none of us knew.  Very sad to find out this news today.  None of us were aware that she was even ill.  I want to personally thank you for all your help at the HSDR Lori.  Thank you for loving animals and being in our crazy cat club so to speak.  See you in heaven one day....Nadine

I was not able to attend the funeral as I was living abroad, however I am back now and I wanted to let you know I have been thinking of Lori and I miss her very much. I only have the fondest memories of Lori, of her kindness and her smile. Lori is a wonderful person and a great cousin and will be forever in our hearts.

I was saddened to hear of Lori's passing. I am sure the memories she gave us throughout the years will continue to keeping many spirits smiling.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Lori's family.  I knew Lori from work and will always remember how kind and generous she was.  Her warm smile and kind heart will not be forgotten.  She left me with fond memories that I will always remember.

A beatiful celebration today for my dear cousin Lori. I have so many fond memories as kids growing up. What a beautiful service. I worked with Lori. It was an honour to hear from her family. My deepest condolences. I never knew how much of an Elvis fan she was. I would have loved to have told her about the time I met Lisa Marie Presley. She will be missed.

Lori was not only my cousin..she was my friend. I have so many wonderful memories of our times together. She loved life...being a mother and a grandmother. I miss her dearly...she will always remain close to my heart and will never be forgotten.

I was shocked to hear about it when I got home late Tuesday after being away for 2 nights and 3 days. I offer my sincere condolences to your loss. RIP Lori.

Although we lost touch last couple years, we shared many good memories from work functions, to personal gatherings to becoming traveling buddies.
