TULLOCK, Thomas (Dale) -- Suddenly at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Sunday, July 21st 2013 at the age of 60. Beloved companion of Susan for 22 years (married in 2008). Devoted father to Jay (Krista) and Julianne (CJ) and stepfather to Graydon (Raya) and Mallory (Graeme). Cherished grandfather of Chelsea. Dear brother of Danny (Brenda). Predeceased by his parents Joy and Tom. Dale will be fondly remembered by his stepfather Jim Clement and his niece Leeanna (Chris). Loved son-in law of Clarice Lack and brother-in-law to Rick (Sandra), Virginia & Laura (Jim). Sadly missed by our golden retriever, Dusty. Special thanks to the staff at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in Emergency and ICU for their great efforts. Visitation will be held at the Courtice Funeral Chapel (1587 Highway #2, Courtice ON, 905-432-8484) on Friday July 26, 2013 from 7-9pm.
