Arleen Elver Burrows was born in New York City, New York on March 11, 1951. Her parents were Henry Jones, Jr. and Rachel Mitchell Jones. She was raised with eleven siblings, Tina, Gloria, Diane, Lenora, Sabrina, Renee, Henry, Charles, Preston, Marcus and Bob. She graduated from Central Commercial High School in New York, New York in 1969. Her favorite classes were English and Literature (voted most serious). Her primary occupation was Clerical - Patient Financial Service Worker for 32 years. She was preceded in death by her son Stephen Borrows Jr. She enjoyed returning to New York to visit with family. Arleen enjoyed her dog Sebastian for 14 years. She is survived by her family and friends.
