Josephine Rita Butts was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 10, 1921 and passed away on January 10, 2014 in Redlands, California. Josephine came to California in December 1952 and was a resident of Anaheim for over 31 years. She was a dedicated teacher for many years.
Josephine is survived by her husband Jim, and his daughter, Barbara (Jeff), her sister Carmel, brother Emilo, Josephine's son Joseph (Jean), her 3 daughters Maria (Vince), Arlene and Diane (Mike), her 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one on the way along with several nieces and nephews. She will be truly missed.
