Manuel Carrillo Jr., age 70, passed away on April 14, 2013 in Baldwin Park, California. He was born on November 8, 1942 in Los Angeles, California. He primary occupation was plumber for Los Angeles County. He lived in the Upland area for 36 years. Manuel loved animals, beer, speed (race cars) NASCAR and motorcycles. He is survived by his wife Sally G. Carrillo and his sons Jeff, Scott and Manuel III Carrillo.
