Russel L. Hale, age 85, passed away on June 20, 2012 in Covina, California. He was born on March 20, 1927 in Commerce, Texas. His primary occupation was Manager and he lived in the San Gabriel Valley area for 78 years. He is survived by his wife, Shirley E. Hale, his daughter Debra Hale, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
