Ruth Evelyn Whaley, age 93, passed away on May 2, 2013 in West Covina, California. She was born on November 3, 1919 in North Dakota. She was a homemaker and lived in the area for 9 years. Ruth's passion was her family, See's candy and Vince's Spaghetti. She loved to babysit her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters Margaret (Ronald) Morton, Elizabeth Whaley, her brother Gene (Doris) Jeffrey, 5 grandchildren, 14 nieces and nephews.
