

Carmen is survived by her beloved husband Richard M. Soileau and son Richard Stefan Soileau. She is also survived by her brother Jimmy Rogers and his spouse Connie Rogers of Sunnyvale, TX; nephew Brian Rogers, spouse Dana and children Austin and Mikala of Vidor TX; niece Mandi Forman, spouse Tim and their child Iziah of Mesquite, TX.
Carmen worked for Playpower dba No-Fault Sports Group in Baton Rouge, LA. She lived to raise her son Richard and husband Ricky. Carmen enjoyed scrapbooking and being a greeter at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church at the 9:30 a.m. Sunday Mass. She enjoyed going out to dinner with friends and family. Most of all, she loved Jesus and exuded the Love of Christ to all. She never met a stranger, loved all people unconditionally whether she knew you or not and would hug the stuffing out of you. Carmen lived this way unto her death.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 1501 West Causeway Approach, Mandeville, LA 70471 on Monday, February 19, 2024, beginning at 10:30 a.m. A rosary will begin at 11:30 a.m. followed by Words of Remembrance at 11:50 a.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 12:00 p.m.
Interment will follow the services in St. Lazarus of Bethany Memorial Garden Cemetery, 450 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, LA.
