

Henry is survived by his beloved children Carol Barcia (John Durnin) and Connie Barcia Liepins (Maris); and grandchildren Tami Sylvia (Raymond), Eriks Liepins, Raymond Sylvia, Jr. and Macie Vogel (Jesse). He is also survived by his brothers Anthony Barcia and Alphonse Barcia Jr. (Dee).
He is preceded in death by his wife of 73 years, Mary Impastato Barcia, his son Henry Barcia, Jr., parents Lena and Alphonse Barcia, Sr., brothers Joseph Barcia, Phillip Barcia, Salvatore Barcia and sisters Jennie Barcia, Jean Spurlock, and Camilla Gravois.
Henry was an avid fisherman who loved to fish with his brothers. He loved to garden and was known for his delicious tomatoes! Henry was a WWII Veteran who fought in the Philippines. He was a member of the AARP Group for many years.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service with military honors at Southeastern Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Drive, Slidell, LA on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
