Jared is survived by his loving parents Joseph and June Heard and his brother Joseph E. Heard, III, and his sister-in-law Chastity Heard. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family that will all miss him dearly.
Jared is preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Jared grew up on the North Shore and attended Mandeville High School. Jared loved music and enjoyed singing and playing in a band; he also loved animals and children. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on cars.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at Grace Funeral Home, 450 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, LA 70433 on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Friday beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow the services in Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
