Joseph Diomedes Suarez

Joseph Diomedes Suarez, age 87, of Abita Springs, LA passed away peacefully at his home with his dog Sherman, a.k.a. Cujo, keeping guard on Thursday, January 5, 2023. He was born on July 20, 1935 in Unión de Reyes, Cuba to Antonio Nicholas Suarez and Monica Fernandez.

Joseph is survived by his daughters Annette Suarez and Elizabeth Hepp and his grandchildren Nicolle and Rachel Hepp. He is also survived by his godson Antonio Suarez and numerous nieces and nephews

Joseph is preceded in death by his wife Nancy (Rodriguez) Suarez and his siblings Nene Ruiz, Nena Hernandez, Cuca Lopez and Melo Suarez.

Services were held privately by the family.
