William Loewe

William “Bill” Loewe. Jan 26, 1938 – Jan 26, 2022, passed on his birthday. Born and raised in NYC (Columbia Grammar). Muhlenberg College, Allentown PA. Fifteen year resident of Covington. Work life: New York City, Bloomingdales; New Orleans, DHHolmes; Ellanee/Jackson Square women’s clothing manufacturing; printing sales; retired many years. Preceded in death by parents, Mildred and Arthur Loewe of NYC. Husband to Patricia Ryan Loewe. Brother of Judy Loewe. Survived by adored sons and daughters-in-law Michael (Beth) of BR and Christopher (Lesley) of Covington; additionally by much loved grandchildren Madison, Ethan, Ben, Lorelai, Ally; great grandson Jax. Interesting and full life lived through work travel, soccer, golf, tennis, skiing, special River Ridge neighbors, Munholland and St. Timothy UMCs, and too-many-to-count (but never too many) fur babies. In lieu of flowers, Bill would be grateful for donations to Northshore Humane Society, 20384 Harrison Ave, Covington, LA 70433, https://www.northshorehumane.org/give. Memorial services to be held at Grace Funeral Home, 450 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington LA 70433 on Sunday, Feb 6, 2022 at 1PM. Visitation at noon, reception to follow service.
