

Billie Adine Jacobs, 89, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, in Craig, Colorado. She was born on July 11, 1936, in Douglas, Arizona, where she began a life marked by resilience, kindness, and deep devotion to her family and faith.
Billie was the loving mother of four children: Sherry Jacobs, William Thomas Jacobs II (spouse Terry Jacobs), John Timothy Jacobs (spouse Teresa Jacobs), and Robbie Frentress. She was a proud grandmother to Tinneal Gerber (spouse Wade Gerber), William Thomas Jacobs III (spouse Shavonne Jacobs), Travis Joshua Jacobs (fiancé Mikayla Kettles), Dollie Rose (spouse Cory Rose), Shawna Bennett (spouse Chris Bennett), and Timesha Jacobs. Billie’s legacy lives brightly through her 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, with one more little blessing on the way.
She is survived by her brother, Jeff Adams, along with numerous extended family members who loved her deeply. Billie's family remembers her as a steady, compassionate, and grounding presence—someone whose gentle words, warm smile, and unwavering support brought comfort and strength to all who knew her.
A devoted woman of faith, Billie found community, purpose, and lifelong friendships within her church family. Her kindness, generosity, and welcoming spirit touched countless hearts and will be fondly remembered by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Billie is preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Thomas Jacobs; her son-in-law, Kimble Frentress; her siblings Jackie Adams, Robert Holman, James Holeman, Oliver Holeman, Beverly Villa, and Christie Adams; as well as other cherished family members who went before her. The thought of reuniting with them brought her comfort and peace throughout her later years.
She will be profoundly missed by her family, her church community, and the many people whose lives were brightened by her presence. Her legacy lives on in the love she gave, the faith she carried, and the generations of family who follow in her footsteps.
A Trisagion Service will be held at Grant Mortuary in Craig, CO on December 12, 2025 at 7:00 PM. Memorial services will be held on December 13, 2025 at the Hayden Congregational Church at 11:00 AM. Donations can be made to St. John’s Greek Orthodox Church.
