He was born on February 6, 1985 in Peoria to Tim and Tina (Gale) Patterson.
Surviving are his parents of Spring Bay; one sister, Christina Gesford of East Peoria; one brother, Tim D. Patterson of Creve Coeur; two nephews, Ethan Gesford and Aidan Gesford, both of East Peoria; two aunts, Debbie Cadwallader of Hennepin and Kim Meints of South Carolina and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert and Bernice Patterson; his maternal grandparents, Dennis and Ruth Gale; one aunt, Marsha Gale and two uncles, Dan Cadwallader and Dennis E. Gale.
Christopher loved sports. He enjoyed keeping up with his favorite teams including the Chicago Bears; the University of Illinois basketball team and many more. He also enjoyed playing basketball and shooting pool with his father.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
