Paul was born on March 31, 1966 in Cleveland, Ohio to James and Janet (Wojtkowski) Fay. Paul was preceded in death by his father, James, maternal grandparents, and one uncle.
Surviving are his mother, Janet Randall & step father, Lance Randall. His three surviving siblings are Dee Dee Fay of Morris, Illinois, Karen Dugan of Fort Worth, Texas, and Lee (Cora Polley-Fay) of Chicago, Illinois.
Paul graduated from Limestone Community High School and attended St. Anthony Catholic Church, both in Bartonville, Illinois. Paul was an avid gardener, loved the sports teams, Cleveland Browns and Chicago Cubs. Heavy Metal Band, Iron Maiden was a favorite.
A celebration of Paul's life will be held at a later date. Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur, Illinois.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or to OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute.
