She was born December 8, 1976 in Peoria to Robert Schuch and Joyce Mae (Edwards) Menees.
Bobbie Jo is survived by her husband of 27 years, Michael “Mike” Perce of Peoria; two children, Michelle (Brandon Butters) Menees of Des Moines, Iowa and Robert Perce of Peoria; many siblings; many nieces and nephews, including her dear nephews, Justin (Shelby) Menees and Jason Menees, both of Peoria and many great-nieces and nephews.
Her parents and two brothers preceded her in death.
Bobbie Jo worked in the health care industry as a cook, most recently at Fondulac Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in East Peoria.
She had a heart of gold, was friendly with everyone she met, and loved her family and many pets. Her biggest passion in life was to cook.
Her graveside service will be held at a later date at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
