She was born September 18, 1952 in Blue Creek, the daughter of Roy and Virginia Slater. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Denny and Eddie, and long time companion, Joe Payne.
Bonnie was a member of Roxalana Tabernacle. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend that will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her only child, Sharon Hosey(Steve), of Poca, grandchildren, Chase Linville (Autumn Jones), of Winfield, Blake Linville (Brianna), of Pt. Pleasant, and Autumn Linville, of Poca, great grandchildren, Matthew, Hayden, Dawson, Isaiah and Jameson, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Celebration of Bonnie’s life will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Price officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.
Gathering of family and friends will be from noon until time of service.
