She was born May 20, 1933 in Roane Co., the daughter of Charles and Gladys Thompson Larch. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Delbert, step son, Gary Dillon, 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
She was a retired nurse employed with Kanawha Valley Hospital. She was a member of Wesleyan Holiness Church in Charleston. She was a graduate of Sissonville High School and Kanawha Valley School of Nursing.
She is survived by her step son, Timothy Dillon (June), of Teays Valley, step daughter Ellen Whiting, of Poca, numerous grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Emma’s life will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home.
Gathering of family and friends will be from noon until time of service at the funeral home.
