He was born June 23, 1954 in Charleston, the son of Charles E. and Regina Allen.
Harold was an instrument tech with nuclear plants throughout the US. He was an avid WVU Fan. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Sharlene, and brothers, Robert Allen (Virdie) and David Price.
Celebration of Harold’s life will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home with Chaplain Pete Thompson presiding.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 1 until time of service at the funeral home.
