She was born on January 11, 1932 in Keystone, a daughter of William F. and Valerie Wells Gammon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carl V. Addison and sister, Ethel Dobos.
Jo Anne was a member of Nitro Church of God and enjoyed spending time with children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She stayed connected with her loved ones via facetime and texting.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Karin Jack, Carl Addison (Valerie) and Melissa Kistler (Keith), grandchildren, Sam Jack, Olivia Jack, Katherine Jack, Will Jack, Matthew Addison, Steven Addison, Sarah Zimmerman, Angela Walker, Lexie Troschinski, and Beth Kistler, and 14 great grandchildren.
