Mary “Marie” Gould, 62, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 09, 2014, at her home after a long illness.
She retired from Mardi Gras Casino & Resort after 18 years.
She was preceded in death by her loving husbands Howard “Billy” Gould and second husband Paul Vickers.
Marie is survived by her two daughters, Jennifer Gould of Olympia, WA; Angie Ross and husband, Rick; four grandchildren, Patrick Smith and wife Mariah of Olympia, WA; Brittany Berger and husband Jeffrey of Yelm, WA; Ryan and Shelby Cobb; and great-granddaughter, Jocelyn Smith of Olympia, WA; three sisters, Deloris Edwards, Becky Hudson, Carol Crawford; three brothers, Danny Stephens of Cleveland, OH; Billy Stephens and James Stephens; many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Marie’s life will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 17, at South Ruffner Free Will Baptist Church, Charleston, with Pastor Charles Sisk officiating.
The family would like to thank Hospice of Kanawha County for all their help and love they showed to the family.
