

Anthony was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War. He followed his father into the Chicago Police Department where he proudly served as a Police Officer until his retirement. He was also a Police Officer with the Village of Oakwood Hills, Illinois for several years.
He enjoyed anything to do with military history, planes and aviation. He enjoyed reading and was an avid moviegoer. He was a loving caregiver to his mother for many years and was the “go-to” guy for many of his neighbors.
He is survived by his sons, Frank (Rebecca) Concialdi, Eric (Katie) Concialdi, Anthony (Jean) Concialdi, and Mark Concialdi; his grandchildren, Marielle, Sierra, Trevor, Christopher, and Damien; his mother, Marian Concialdi; and his siblings, Frank (Debbie) Concialdi, Lisa (Charles) Sims, Mike (Nancy) Concialdi, Tom (Cindy) Concialdi and Jena (Marc) Hoffmeister. He was a favorite uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Roseann Slota.
A memorial visitation will be from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, January 3 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Interment is private.
